Kreamy Keto “Hummus”
Because snacks are important
I’ve never liked hummus, or even chickpeas for that matter. But I always seem to have serious FOMO when it comes to this healthy snack option. Ive come up with this delicious low carb option that’s only four ingredients. This seems to be an awesome replacement to those pesky carbs that are chickpeas.
I’m finding lots of carb replacements are made with nuts, and if you’re anything like me. That just doesn’t work! Nut allergies/sensitivities are nothing to play with, and I just want everyone to have options. Sorry to my lactose intolerant followers, this one is not for you.
This recipe does require either a food processor, blender, or stick blender. The recipe yields 4 2 oz servings. You can always double it if you're making it for a crowd.

Ingredients
2 C Crumbled feta cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 oz cremé fraiche
1 clove fresh garlic (more if you like)
Instructions
peel garlic clove(s) and crush with side of knife or base of your hand
dump all ingredients in food processor or blender. Bowl if using a stick blender.
blend all ingredients until well INCORPORATED, and only tiny chunks of feta remain.
serve topped with olive oil
optional Mix-ins: Confit tomatoes(pictured above), sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and Basil.
